My Condo Source is a brain child of Sehr Mahmood. Following in her family's history of Entrepreneurs, Sehr has successfully operated a number of businesses. Her passion for constant and never ending improvement has resulted in her obtaining an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from the prestigious Schulich School of Business.

She resides in the downtown core, and has a particular focus on pre construction investments and helping her clients make the highest returns through a diversified portfolio. She also heads the pre construction team at her brokerage with over $350 million in sales as an individual agent being the number 1 performer in all of Royal LePage Signature for volume of transactions per year in the pre construction genre and #3 in Canada in 2018 for Royal LePage nation wide. This has led Sehr to do what she enjoys most, helping clients achieve their Real Estate and investment goals. She particularly enjoys assisting individuals and families make home ownership and their equity appreciation dreams possible.
